The right to return goods

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection ", you have the right to return the goods of the appropriate quality at any time before the receipt, at the time of the delivery by the courier, and also after the receipt - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Return conditions of the goods of the appropriate quality:

• the goods were not in use;

• properties and presentation of the items are preserved (labels, labels containing product characteristics, original packaging);

• the return form is filled out.

The goods supplied in the kit must also be returned in the kit. When returning goods of appropriate quality, the shipping fee and the transfer fee are not refundable. If the order is incorrectly set or there is a defect, the cost of return delivery by Ukrposhta is paid by the seller.

Refunds

The refund method is the same as the payment method you have chosen. If you paid the order with a card in the online store, the refund will be made to the card which was used for the payment within 10 days from the receipt of the parcel to the address: PO box 14, Kyiv, Ukraine 04108.

If you return defective goods, the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you by postal order to your address specified in the return form.  General Provisions

Goods purchased only in the online store http://www.controllineparts.com are accepted for return and only by the buyer who issued the order. Other sellers’ goods are not accepted for return.

1. Return and exchange of goods of appropriate quality.

1.1. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection ", you have the right to return the goods of the appropriate quality at any time before the receipt, at the time of the delivery by the courier, and also after the receipt - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, excluding the day of purchase.

1.2. The buyer has the right to exchange goods of the appropriate quality for a similar one within 14 days from the receipt of the order. If, at the moment of the exchange, a similar product is not available in the online store, the buyer has the right to refuse the goods and demand the return of its value, except for the cost of delivery of the goods. In case of rejection of the goods which are the part of the kit, the refund can only be carried out by a full set. Partial return of the order is not possible.

1.3. Return or exchange of goods of the appropriate quality is possible in case if its presentation, consumer properties (absence of traces of exploitation, the presence of original undamaged packaging and labels, complete equipment of the goods) are preserved.

1.4. Return or exchange of goods of appropriate quality is carried out on the basis of a filled out form for a refund, a sales receipt confirming the fact and terms of the purchase, as well as an identity document of the buyer.

1.5. The consumer has no right to exchange or return goods of appropriate quality, having individually defined properties, if these goods can only be used by the consumer who acquires it;

1.6. Claims for the refund, less the seller's shipping costs, are to be met within 10 days from the date of the written request, but within this period the seller is entitled to examine the goods in order to determine its quality and safety of consumer properties. 2. Return of defective goods.

2.1. A defective product means a product that does not meet the requirements established for this category of goods in regulations and regulatory documents, or the terms of the contract entered into with the buyer.

2.2. The received goods should correspond to the description on the website of the online store. The difference in design or design elements from the description on the site is not a sign of defect.

2.3. In case of any defect, which hasn’t been agreed by the seller, the buyer can:

  • demand a replacement for the goods of the same brand (the same model and (or) article);
  • demand a replacement for the same product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
  • demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
  • demand immediate elimination of deficiencies in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by the consumer or a third party;
  • refuse to execute the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the goods.

2.4. The terms of satisfaction of the requirements of the buyer for each particular case are reflected in art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

2.5. The return of the defective goods is carried out on the basis of the filled in form for return, the check confirming the fact and conditions of purchase, and also the identity document of the buyer.

2.6. Return can be carried out only with a full set. Partial return of the order is not possible.

ORDER OF GOODS RETURN / PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS FOR QUALITY AND GOODS RETURN

The order of return of the goods of appropriate quality:

  • print out and fill out a return request;
  • pack the goods to return, attach a sales receipt or cashier's check (in the case of payment through payment systems - a printout from the personal profile of the relevant payment system with the details of payment), a completed application, a copy of the identity document;
  • send an order and a package of documents with a list of attached goods and documents to the seller.

 The order of presentation of claims for quality and goods return:

  • print out and fill out a return request;
  • in the application, specify in detail which defect the returned goods contain;
  • pack the goods to return, attach a sales receipt or cashier's check (in the case of payment through payment systems - a printout from the personal profile of the relevant payment system with the details of payment), a completed application, a copy of the identity document;
  • send an order and a package of documents, with a list of attached goods and documents to the seller.


REFUND PROCEDURE

Refund is made to a card within 10 days according to the details specified in the application (Buyer’s data or his authorized representative (according to the buyer's letter of attorney and approval of the seller). The timing of the refund to the buyer's account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank.
